Hello, and thank you for visiting. I’m a St. Petersburg native, and a graduate of University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) with a B.A. in Mass Communications/Broadcasting. I’m also a former political spouse.

After years of being asked, “How do you do this?” I decided to tell my story of political spouse life with Accidental First Lady: On the Front Lines (and Behind the Scenes) of Local Politics.

Since publishing my book, I’ve had the honor of helping others start their author journeys. I’ve taught memoir writing with Keep St. Pete Lit, and at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Eckerd College.
